On December 5, 2023, in connection with the execution of the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. F-72 "On preparing for and holding the holiday of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated November 16, 2023, Navoi In cooperation with the Navoi regional council of MTDP Navoi, the Department of Spirituality of the university, the Department of Philology and Language Teaching, at the initiative of the professor of the department, doctor of philological sciences (DSc) Yarashova Nasiba Jumaevna, under the slogan "MY CONSTITUTION AT 31 YEARS OLD" under the slogan "MY CONSTITUTION" and a public dictation contest on the topic "STATE LANGUAGE" was organized. 67 students of the university actively participated in the contest.

First, information was given about the conditions, procedures, content and importance of the competition. After that, the dictation text was read out to the students.

The results of the competition was  announced on December 6. The winners of the competition  were awarded diplomas and souvenirs.
