Universiade-2025:
1st place in the wrestling competition
The regional stage of the Universiade-2025 sports competition among students of higher educational institutions in wrestling was held at the sports school specializing in individual wrestling in Navoi.
About 100 students competed for the victory at this stage. Students of our university also actively participated in the competition.
Gafforova Nilufar Sherali, a 2nd-year student of the "Russian Language" department of the Navoi Innovation University, won an honorable 1st place in the 52 kg weight category among girls in the regional stage of the University-2025 wrestling competition in the "Kurash" sport, and qualified for the republican stage.
