• Review and sign all types of business contracts submitted to the General Director of the Institution and the Rector of the University, and also provide a written opinion if the contract amount exceeds 200 minimum wages;

• Direct participation in the rule-making and law enforcement activities of the University, maintaining a systematic record of regulatory legal documents in accordance with established requirements;

• Participate in improving the legal culture and legal literacy of the faculty and other employees of the University, in communicating to them the content and essence of the adopted regulatory legal documents, in ensuring the legality of the activities of the University administration, officials of the deans' offices, faculties and departments;

• Conducting contractual, legal and claim proceedings of the University;

• Protecting the property and other interests of the University in courts and other bodies;

• At the request of University employees, assist them in finding regulatory documents related to the activities of the University, and, if necessary, provide clarifications of their provisions;

• reviews all draft orders, regulations and instructions of a legal nature submitted to the General Director of the Institution and the Rector of the University for their compliance with the law and, in the absence of objections and proposals, approves them;

• Reception of citizens and employees of the University on legal issues and provision of them with legal advice;

• taking measures to replenish the fund of regulatory legal documents of the University, including replenishing the fund with codes, laws, commentaries, bulletins and other legal publications, as well as making proposals to the Rector of the University on subscription to legal publications;

• Preparation of analytical materials on legislative issues for the General Director of the Institution and the Rector of the University;

• Make proposals on organizing events to improve the legal literacy of the university management, officials of the deans' offices, faculties and departments, as well as participate in these events;

• Carrying out work to promote legislation related to the activities of the university;

• Maintain systematic and accurate records of regulatory documents received by the University and issued by it in accordance with established requirements, ensure their storage and control;

• make proposals on measures to eliminate violations of the law, their causes and conditions at the University, its divisions and structures, and participate in the implementation of these measures if necessary;

• Proficiency in information and communication technologies;

• Comply with the internal rules of the University, the Code of Conduct and dress requirements;

• Treat the property of the University as if it were your own property.
