• ensuring the implementation of events aimed at implementing the "Corruption-Free Sphere" project in the higher education system at the university level;
• Introduction and implementation of the "Comprehensive Control" system to combat corruption at the university;
• Identifying areas of high risk of corruption at the university, as well as the causes and conditions for committing corruption offenses;
• Providing information on systemic problems leading to corruption at the university, and making appropriate proposals for their elimination;
• Ensuring the implementation of programs aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions for the occurrence of corruption offenses at the university and increasing the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures;
• Coordinating public control aimed at combating corruption at the university, as well as conducting anti-corruption monitoring based on modern methods and information and communication technologies;
• study and development of proposals for the implementation of generally accepted international standards and positive foreign experience in the field of combating corruption and public control, as well as the implementation of their advanced aspects;
• Organization of sociological, scientific and other research and development of proposals on the status, trends and causes of corruption at the university, as well as the effectiveness of measures to combat corruption;
• monitors compliance with laws and regulations on anti-corruption issues, as well as decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers;
• develops activities and work plans aimed at preventing corruption offenses, ensures their complete, high-quality and timely implementation, studies the progress of the implementation of established activities, prepares information on the results;
• Implements the "Corruption-Free Sector" project at the university;
• Develops draft internal documents aimed at implementing measures to combat corruption at the university, and submits them to the director for approval;
• Develops proposals for the elimination of corruption norms identified in the internal documents of the university;
• Assesses corruption risks at the university and develops action plans to reduce them;
• Maintains a register of official investigations into corruption at the university;
• Participates in the analysis of conflicts of interest in procurement and verification of counterparties' reliability;
• Monitors conflicts of interest among university employees and makes appropriate proposals;
• Regularly organizes preventive talks with the faculty, administrative, technical, service and teaching staff of the university;
• Conducts surveys among the faculty, administrative, technical, service, educational and methodological and support staff, students (master's students, doctoral students, independent researchers) and the population in order to identify corruption in the university's activities;
• Regularly evaluates the results and impact of anti-corruption measures based on surveys, social and other research and uses the assessment results to determine further measures;
• organizes conferences, meetings, seminars, competitions aimed at combating corruption among the faculty and students;
• evaluates the effectiveness of measures taken at the university to combat corruption;
• investigates the conditions and causes of corruption offenses at the university, and develops proposals for their elimination;
• ensures regular updates of information in the "Fight against corruption" section on the official website of the university;
• reports quarterly and as necessary to the director and the Department of Comprehensive Control and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education on the work carried out to combat corruption and the corruption situation at the university;
• treat university property and preserve it as if it were his own;
• monitors anti-corruption work at the university, provides analytical materials to the management and administration.
