• Ensuring the implementation of spiritual and educational work in the standard plans of the deans' offices of faculties and departments;

• Methodological support for the development of plans for spiritual and educational activities;

• Actively participate in spiritual, educational and upbringing activities carried out at the university;

• Provide methodological assistance in organizing and holding planned events and trainings, such as "Spiritual Hour", "Spiritual Day", "Department Day" at the departments, faculties of the university, in student dormitories;

• Keep an inventory of documents included in the department in a separate notebook and ensure its implementation by the general directors of higher organizations and institutions and the rector of the University;

• Preparation of draft orders and instructions on issues of the department's activities, coordination and submission to the head of the department;

• Ensuring the development, approval, submission to the relevant authorities and implementation of state programs at the University;

• Selection of topics for spiritual hours and ensuring their implementation in all divisions;

• Draw up protocols of spiritual and educational events held at the university and student dormitories and place them in the appropriate folders according to the nomenclature of the office;

• Provide methodological assistance to the Coaching Council and coaches;

• Provide methodological assistance in organizing and equipping spiritual rooms in departments;

• Provide methodological assistance in raising the level of knowledge of those responsible for spiritual and educational work in departments and drawing up plans of events;

• Organize various spiritual and cultural events to ensure meaningful leisure for young people living in student dormitories;

• Maintain archives and department files;

• Deep knowledge in the field of information and communication technologies;

• Comply with the University's Internal Regulations, Code of Conduct and Dress Code;

• Treat the property of the university as if it were your own.
