• Organization of the department activities and the work of its employees;
• Develop department work plans and ensure their implementation;
• Ensuring and monitoring the execution of resolutions, orders, moderograms and telephone messages of the board of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Registration of hiring and dismissal of all employees included in the nomenclature of the General Director of the University, as well as preparation of personnel documents for approval for positions included in the nomenclature of higher bodies;
• Control and placement of personnel in the department and in other divisions of the University;
• Explaining to employees the main provisions of labor legislation;
• Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and labor discipline in all divisions of the university;
• Development of appendices, notifications included in the documentation and clarification of further registration;
• Checking timesheets of the teaching staff, administrative staff, as well as teaching and support staff and taking measures to prevent employees from being assigned working hours that were not actually worked;
• Registration and submission of work books, identity cards, verification and control of draft orders submitted for signature to the CEO and the Rector;
• Participate in commissions for the hiring, dismissal and placement of faculty and administrative personnel;
• Approval and execution of all personal sheets of form T-2 for the accounting of faculty and employees, control over the provision of vacations to all University employees based on the vacation schedule approved in the established manner, work with the personnel reserve, ensuring the preparation of annual and monthly reports and their submission within the established deadlines;
• Ensure the preparation and submission in the established manner of reports on the activities of the HR department to labor authorities and higher organizations;
• Submit proposals to the CEO and the Rector on the selection, inclusion in the personnel reserve and employment of talented young specialists with a master's degree for vacant positions;
• Treat and maintain university property as if it were his own;
• Thorough knowledge of information and communication technologies;
• Comply with the University's Internal Regulations, Code of Conduct and Dress Code.
